Network & IP Address

Q: Can IPv4 addresses be changed?

A: We provide paid IPv4 address changes, charging $5 for each IPv4 address change.

Q: Can I change to a specific IPv4 range?

A: When changing the IP address, a random IPv4 address will be assigned to you; specifying an IP segment is not supported.

Q: Are IPv4 address changes refundable?

A: IPv4 address change services are not refundable.

Q: Can additional IP addresses be added?

A: Adding additional IPv4 addresses is not currently supported.

Q: How do you bill for traffic?

A: The traffic in the resource package is billed in a one-way manner: only outbound traffic is charged, while inbound traffic is completely free and unlimited. This means that when using VoyraCloud resources, users will not incur additional costs no matter how much data they download. This flexible billing model not only helps users control costs effectively but also ensures the efficiency and economy of data transmission.

Q: How often are traffic packages reset?

A: Traffic packages will be reset every natural month starting from the VPS resource purchase time, with the reset time consistent with the resource billing cycle reset time.

Q: What happens when traffic is exhausted?

A: When your traffic is exhausted, we will limit your maximum bandwidth to 1kbps. You can independently choose to purchase the required traffic through the "Traffic Top-Up" function.

Refunds

Q: Are there fees for refunds?

A: According to Section 6.15 of the Terms of Service, for each refund application, VoyraCloud will charge 10% of the approved refund amount as a processing fee.

Q: If a refunded order used a promotional code, will the promotional code usage be restored after refund?

A: Refunds will not restore promotional code usage. Please confirm whether your order used promotional codes before applying for a refund to avoid being unable to use promotional codes after refund.

Q: Can I apply for a refund?

A: According to our service agreement, after deducting the refund processing fee, we provide full refunds within 1 day of server creation or remaining value refunds within 30 days.

Full Refund

Full refund requires that your used traffic does not exceed 5GB and the order was created no more than 1 day ago.

Remaining Value Refund

Time remaining value = Bill payment amount × Remaining billing cycle time ÷ Total billing cycle time

Traffic remaining value = Bill payment amount × Remaining available traffic in billing cycle ÷ Total available traffic in billing cycle

Remaining value = min(Time remaining value, Traffic remaining value)

Q: Can I apply for a refund?

A: Refunds will be returned to your original payment method, and the refund processing time depends on your payment method.

Q: My server was created more than 30 days ago, but I manually/automatically renewed early. Can I apply for a refund?

A: For servers created more than 30 days ago, we do not support refunds for early manual or automatic renewal bills. If you have enabled auto-renewal but don't need the service later, we recommend closing the auto-renewal setting 7 days before server expiration to avoid unnecessary charges.

Q: Will my data be deleted after refund?

A: After we agree to confirm your refund, we will delete your instance and data cannot be recovered. Please backup your data before initiating a refund.

Q: Can the order be restored after refund completion?

A: After a successful refund, your order cannot be restored.
