Risk Control Rules

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited. Once fraudulent promotion activities are detected, commissions will be frozen and deducted, and the promotion partnership will be permanently terminated:

1. Exploiting discovered activity rule loopholes to increase referral performance and obtain unreasonable service fees;
2. Promotion methods such as link hijacking, forced bundling, violations of laws and regulations, and other improper methods;
3. Privately promising rebates to new users;
4. Colluding with other partners or referred users to falsify information and defraud service fees;
5. Transferring or selling vouchers and other rewards issued by VoyraCloud to third parties;
6. Other promotion methods that VoyraCloud deems to be improper promotion activities.

VoyraCloud reserves the right to independently decide and adjust the specific rules of this activity based on its own operational arrangements, including but not limited to activity duration, commission rates, commission calculation basis, partner program application eligibility, etc. The specific activity rules are subject to the official release by VoyraCloud. Once the relevant rules are published, they shall take effect immediately, and partners shall comply with them.

Note: VoyraCloud will conduct risk control technical positioning and investigation before distributing commissions each month.

Reward Rules

When new users register for a VoyraCloud account by clicking on a partner's exclusive referral link, commissions and other rewards will only be issued to the partner's own account.

1. Product Rebate Incentive

Cash rewards will be provided based on new users' orders during the rebate period at the agreed reward rate.

2. Partner Rebate Incentive

In addition to the product rebate incentive, there is an additional tiered incentive for partners, which provides cash rewards based on the rebate rate corresponding to the partner's cumulative commission pool range each month.

Monthly Commission Reward = Product Order Amount × Corresponding Rebate Rate + Partner Cumulative Commission Pool Range × Corresponding Rebate Rate

Example:

Partner A generated 10 original price orders totaling $180 this month, with a corresponding product rebate rate of 20%; 10 orders with 20% discount totaling $240, with a corresponding product rebate rate of 15%. Partner A's cumulative commission pool amount is $3,220, with a pending commission amount of $420, of which $200 corresponds to a partner rebate rate of 10% and $220 corresponds to a partner rebate rate of 15%. Therefore, Partner A's total commission reward for this month is: $180 × 20% + $240 × 15% + $200 × 10% + $220 × 15% = $125

1. New User Definition

• Accounts registered through the partner program's exclusive referral link, and the new user (referee) must be a first-time registered user.
• Considered as a different user from the referrer, meaning that the associated information of different VoyraCloud accounts in registration, login, and usage must not be from the same person (associated information examples: same registration email, same payment information, same registration/login IP, etc.).

2. Rebate Period Definition:

• The total cash payment amount of VPS package orders generated by new users referred by partners (both new purchases and renewal orders are eligible for rebates).
• Commission silent period: The first calendar month after commission generation will be in the commission silent period. After the commission silent period ends, it will enter the pending payment status.
• Does not include value-added service orders.

3. Non-Rebate Situations

• If the partner has a collaborator relationship with the referred purchaser, or has the following risk control information records (such as: same registration email, same payment information, same registration/login IP, and other same-person risk control records), the resulting orders will be invalid and will not be eligible for rebates;
• Orders where the referred user has requested a refund will not be eligible for rebates;
• If the referred user's business violates regulations, or other special violation situations, rebates will not be provided.

4. Referral Commission Payment Instructions

• Before the 5th of each month, VoyraCloud will distribute the previous month's commissions to the partner's default payment account. In case of special circumstances, payment time may be delayed. Please ensure that correct payment information is provided.
• Commission settlement is calculated by calendar month, meaning that before the 5th of each month, all rebate orders in pending payment status within the rebate period from the previous month will be calculated.
• The commission limit per new user referred by a partner is $2,000, and the monthly total commission limit is $10,000.
• If a referred new user generates a refund, the partner will not be able to receive the reward for that order. If VoyraCloud has already paid the relevant fees to the partner, VoyraCloud has the right to directly deduct from the partner's next referral payment. If the deduction is insufficient, the partner shall return the insufficient portion within 5 days from the date of VoyraCloud's notice.
