Billing, renewal, expiry and refund rules for proxies
This page covers rotating residential, static ISP and datacenter proxies. The Proxy Service Agreement prevails; this page only summarizes it.

Rotating Residential Proxies
- The 10 GB starter package is valid for 30 days from successful payment; unused traffic is voided afterward. Traffic in other packages has no expiry.
- When you hold several packages, the traffic expiring earliest is used first. When a package expires, only its remaining traffic is cleared; other packages are unaffected.
- Auto-purchase is configured on the rotating residential proxy page, paid by bank card or balance, with two triggers:
- When remaining traffic falls below the threshold you set (GB), the selected package is purchased automatically.
- Short-term packages only: based on the last-expiring short-term package, one purchase is made 24 hours before it expires.
- If an auto-purchase fails, auto-purchase stops. Check your payment method or contact support.
- Refunds: traffic packages are not refundable, including first purchases, manual add-ons and auto-purchased packages, regardless of whether the gateway is installed, the traffic is used, or traffic remains.
Static ISP and Datacenter Proxies
Renewal
- Each billing cycle is 30 days, billed per IP, payable with account balance only.
- Auto-renewal can be enabled. To renew manually, get a renewal quote in My Static IPs, confirm the amount, then pay with your balance. You can renew a single IP or several selected IPs.
- IPs linked to other IPs from the same purchase must be renewed together; the quote covers all linked IPs.
- Whether an IP can be renewed depends on the upstream renewal check for the original resource. If an IP shows as not renewable, contact support.
Expiry
IPs not renewed by expiry are released, and the same IP cannot be recovered. We send a reminder before expiry, but IPs are released on schedule whether or not you receive it.
Refunds
- The portion confirmed as undeliverable, or a renewal that could not be applied, is refunded at the amount paid to your account balance with no handling fee.
- Portions already delivered or renewed are not refunded.
- If a delivered IP does not work properly, submit a ticket. After verification we may replace the IP or extend its validity as appropriate.
