Mac Host Service Agreement
Delivery, renewal, reclamation, refunds and usage rules for Mac hosts
This agreement supplements the Service Terms and applies to the Mac host service ("Mac Host") you purchase on the VoyraCloud platform. Matters not covered here are governed by the Service Terms; where the two conflict, this agreement prevails for Mac Hosts.
1. Service Description
1.1 A Mac Host is a dedicated physical Mac mini. It is not virtualized or shared: its CPU, memory and storage are used only by your account during the service period.
1.2 We provide a system account with administrator rights, accessible via VNC remote desktop and SSH; some machines also provide a DeskIn device ID. The configuration, chip model and available cities are as shown on the order page.
1.3 Mac Hosts are operated by VoyraCloud together with upstream data center partners. The partners handle the physical location, network and hardware maintenance; we handle orders, delivery and customer support.
2. Delivery
2.1 After successful payment, your order enters the delivery process. When the machine is ready, we notify you by email and the login details appear on the Mac Host page in the console.
2.2 Delivery time depends on stock for the selected model and city. If an order cannot be delivered due to insufficient stock or any other reason, we will refund its fees in full under Section 6.13(a) of the Service Terms.
3. Billing and Renewal
3.1 Mac Hosts are billed monthly at the price shown on the order and renewal pages.
3.2 With auto-renewal enabled, the system charges your selected card or account balance 3 days before expiry. If the charge fails or auto-renewal is turned off, the service will not renew when it expires.
3.3 You may also renew manually in the console before expiry.
4. Expiry and Reclamation
4.1 When the service expires without renewal, the machine stops serving and can no longer be renewed.
4.2 After the service stops, the machine is reclaimed and reset, and all data on it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
4.3 We do not back up Mac Hosts. Please back up your data before expiry or enable auto-renewal in advance.
5. Refunds
5.1 A Mac Host is a dedicated machine and a special product. It is non-refundable once ordered, including where it is unused, where you stop using it early, or where you turn off auto-renewal during the service period.
5.2 Section 5.1 does not affect the full refund for undeliverable orders described in Section 2.2, or any statutory rights you have under applicable law.
6. Software and Licensing
6.1 macOS and software provided by Apple are subject to Apple's applicable license agreements. You are responsible for complying with them and for holding valid licenses for any other software you install or run.
6.2 Features that require an Apple ID or Apple Developer account, such as Xcode code signing or uploading to App Store Connect, must be used with your own account. You are responsible for that account's security and all activity under it.
7. Usage Rules
7.1 The acceptable use rules in the Service Terms also apply to Mac Hosts.
7.2 So that machines can be managed and reclaimed, you must not set a firmware password, enable disk encryption that prevents the machine from booting remotely, erase the system disk, or remove the remote management configuration. If any of these makes the machine inaccessible or impossible to reclaim, it is not a service fault; we may suspend the service and require you to bear the resulting recovery costs.
7.3 You are responsible for the data on the machine and the programs it runs. If we find the machine being used for activities that violate the Service Terms, we may suspend or terminate the service immediately without refund.
