Top-up, Payment & Invoices
Supported payment methods, top-ups and balance rules, currency and exchange rate, and invoices
All VoyraCloud prices are in US dollars (USD). You can pay for an order directly through an external payment channel, or top up your account first and pay with the balance.

If the amount due is below $0.50, the minimum charge is $0.50.
Top Up Your Account
- Sign in to the console, open Balance and click Recharge.
- Enter the amount. A single top-up must be between $25 and $500.
- Choose bank card, Alipay or CoinGate and complete payment on the payment page.
Top-up and spending records are listed in the balance details under Balance, filterable by transaction type and status.
Account Balance Rules
The following rules come from Section 6.17 of the Terms of Service:
- Balance can only be used to pay for VoyraCloud services. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
- All top-ups are final and, in principle, not refundable. For special cases such as payment errors, mistaken operations or account anomalies, you can submit a ticket. Each case is reviewed individually, approval is not guaranteed, and consumed amounts and handling fees may be deducted.
- Promotional bonus balance and expired balance are not refundable.
- After an account is closed or deleted, any remaining balance becomes void and cannot be recovered.
Currency and Exchange Rate
- Product prices are listed in USD. Payment amounts in other currencies are set reasonably by VoyraCloud.
- When paying with Alipay, the order amount is converted from USD to Singapore dollars (SGD) at the current rate. The checkout page shows the current rate and converted amount. No currency conversion fee is charged.
About CoinGate
- CoinGate supports manual payment only and cannot be used for auto-renewal. Resources paid with CoinGate must be renewed manually before expiry.
- If a refund is approved for an order paid with CoinGate, the amount is credited to your platform wallet balance, not to the original crypto address.
Invoices
Apply for invoices in the Invoice column on the Orders page in the console.
- Find a completed order and click Apply for Invoice.
- Confirm the email address that will receive the invoice and submit.
- Once the application succeeds, the invoice is sent to that email. Delivery may be delayed; check your spam folder if it does not arrive. If an application fails, you can apply again.
Invoice amounts are based on the amount actually paid for the order. The following orders cannot be invoiced:
