Proxy Service Agreement
Delivery, validity, refunds and usage rules for rotating residential, static ISP and datacenter proxies
This agreement supplements the Service Terms and applies to the rotating residential, static ISP and datacenter proxies you purchase on the VoyraCloud platform (together, the "Proxy Services"). Matters not covered here are governed by the Service Terms; where the two conflict, this agreement prevails for the Proxy Services.
1. Service Description
1.1 Rotating residential proxies are sold as traffic packages. Exit IPs come from online devices on real home networks. Because devices can go offline at any time, sticky sessions and timed rotation keep the same IP on a best-effort basis only, and we do not guarantee any specific IP for any duration. Available countries, states and cities change with the devices online in the pool, as shown in the console.
1.2 Static ISP proxies and datacenter proxies are sold per IP. Each IP is assigned only to your account during its validity period and stays fixed for that period. Static ISP proxies show the corresponding carrier as their ASN; the ASNs shown on product pages are examples from delivered IPs, and actual allocation is as delivered.
1.3 Network resources for the Proxy Services are provided by VoyraCloud's upstream partners. We do not guarantee that you can reach any particular website or service through a proxy, or any IP's reputation, score or status in third-party systems. Target websites may restrict or block proxy traffic at their own discretion.
2. Delivery
2.1 Static ISP and datacenter proxies are procured from upstream automatically after successful payment and are usually delivered within minutes. Orders not delivered within 30 minutes are handled manually, and we will notify you.
2.2 Rotating residential traffic packages are credited to your account after successful payment and can be used on compatible devices with an install token.
3. Validity and Renewal
3.1 Rotating residential proxies: the 10 GB starter package is valid for 30 days from successful payment, after which any unused traffic expires. Traffic in other packages does not expire. Additional traffic must be purchased once used up.
3.2 Static ISP and datacenter proxies: each billing period is 30 days. You may renew the same IP before expiry or enable auto-renewal.
3.3 Static ISP and datacenter proxies that expire without renewal are released, and the same IP cannot be recovered. We send reminders before expiry, but not receiving a reminder does not stop the IP from being released on schedule.
4. Refunds
4.1 Rotating residential traffic packages are consumable resources and are non-refundable once paid, including first purchases, manual top-ups and automatic purchases, regardless of whether the gateway is installed, whether the traffic is used, or whether any traffic remains (see Section 6.14(b) of the Service Terms).
4.2 Static ISP and datacenter proxies (including new purchases, manual renewals and automatic renewals):
a) Once a purchase has been delivered or a renewal has been applied, cancellation or refunds for personal reasons are generally unavailable, and unused time is not refunded. The VPS refund rules in Section 6.13(b) of the Service Terms do not apply.
b) If we confirm that resources cannot be delivered or a renewal cannot be completed under the original order conditions because of unavailable stock or another reason, only the undelivered or unapplied portion is refunded, at the amount paid for that portion of the original order. Portions that were delivered or renewed successfully are not refunded because another portion failed.
c) Refunds under paragraph (b) are credited to your VoyraCloud account balance, without the refund handling fee in Section 6.15 of the Service Terms.
d) For orders whose procurement result is still uncertain, the result must be verified before the refundable portion is determined.
4.3 If a delivered IP does not work properly, please submit a ticket. After verification we may, at our discretion, replace the IP or extend its validity.
4.4 This section does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 The acceptable use rules in the Service Terms also apply to the Proxy Services. In addition, you must not use the Proxy Services to:
a) engage in any activity that violates the laws of your location, the exit IP's location, or the target service's location;
b) commit fraud or phishing, send spam, perform credential stuffing, or misappropriate or take over other people's accounts;
c) launch or take part in denial-of-service attacks, vulnerability scanning or brute-force attacks, or access any system without authorization;
d) distribute malware, or transmit or store content that infringes others' intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
e) resell, share or otherwise provide proxy credentials to third parties without our prior written consent; or
f) do anything that may cause IPs to be blocked at scale or that harms the upstream network or other users.
5.2 If we find or reasonably suspect a breach of this section, we may suspend or terminate the relevant services immediately without refund. We may retain connection records as needed to investigate abuse and to cooperate with authorities as required by law, and handle such data under the Privacy Policy.
5.3 You are responsible for all traffic and activity under your proxy credentials and must keep them secure.
