Static ISP proxies

Buy dedicated ISP IPs by country, city and carrier, view credentials, deploy to a VPS in one click, renew and expiry

Static ISP proxies are dedicated IPv4 addresses registered under carrier ASNs. They stay fixed during the term and are billed per IP with unlimited traffic. Each IP comes with its own SOCKS5 address and account, and can also be deployed in one click to a VoyraCloud Linux VPS so that all outbound traffic from the machine uses that IP.

Plans and starting prices are on the product page; the final amount is the quote in the console.

Buying

  1. Open Buy static IPs and under Select IP type choose Static ISP (residential).
  2. Choose a carrier network: without a dedicated line, filter by country, city and carrier; or pick one of the US carrier lines below.
  3. Choose location: pick a country, then a location card; each card sets both the city and the carrier. You can also choose Any city or Any ISP; with any ISP, the quote fixes the carrier actually assigned.
  4. Choose term and quantity: 1–10 IPs per order.
  5. Click Get a quote, check the amount, then click Confirm and pay from balance.

Notes:

  • Payment uses your account balance only. If the balance is insufficient, top up first and then pay the original order. Coupons are not supported.
  • Quotes expire; request a new one after expiry. A quote does not reserve stock, and stock is rechecked before payment.
  • Country stock shown on the page is for reference and is not the exact stock for the chosen city or carrier.
  • Sample IPs and ASNs on location cards are for reference; the actual assignment is whatever is delivered.

US carriers

AT&T, Comcast, Frontier and Verizon are carrier options when ordering static ISP proxies, not separate products:

  • AT&T, Comcast and Frontier have dedicated lines; pick one under Choose a carrier network.
  • Verizon (Verizon Business) has no dedicated line; filter by carrier instead.
  • If a carrier is temporarily out of stock, the order page says so and you can choose another carrier.

For each carrier's ASN and cities, see the AT&T, Comcast, Frontier and Verizon pages on the website.

Delivery

  • After payment, the IP is purchased from the upstream provider automatically and is usually delivered within minutes.
  • Orders not delivered after 30 minutes are handed to manual processing, and we will notify you.
  • Track status under Purchase and delivery progress in My static IPs. On partial delivery, delivered IPs can be used right away; IPs confirmed as undeliverable are refunded to the corresponding balance.

Credentials

Each IP is delivered with:

FieldDescription
ProtocolSOCKS5
Addresshost:port
UsernameUsername for this IP
PasswordPassword for this IP

To view them, find the IP in the IP list under My static IPs and click Manage:

  • View credentials: shows the username and password. Credentials are hidden by default, and viewing and exporting apply only to the current IP.
  • Export credentials: downloads a text file containing one SOCKS5 URI:
socks5://USERNAME:PASSWORD@HOST:PORT

Special characters in the username and password are already percent-encoded in the export. Keep credentials safe; reselling or sharing them with third parties requires our written consent.

One-click deploy to a VPS

With the transparent proxy enabled on a VoyraCloud Linux VPS, all outbound IPv4 traffic from the machine uses this IP, so browsers, scripts and Docker containers need no individual proxy settings.

Requirements:

  • The instance is a VoyraCloud Linux VPS that is running and has a public IPv4 address.
  • The system supports systemd, is amd64 or arm64, and provides /dev/net/tun.
  • The platform has the instance's login credentials and can run commands over SSH as root or with sudo.

Steps:

  1. In My static IPs, export the credentials, or copy the address, username and password.
  2. Go to the VPS list in the console, open the instance details, and switch to the Proxy configuration tab.
  3. Enter socks5://USERNAME:PASSWORD@HOST:PORT in Proxy address. You can also click Choose a proxy to save the address and reuse it on other instances.
  4. If SSH is not on port 22, change SSH port under Advanced settings.
  5. Click Enable transparent proxy, check the instance and operation in the authorization dialog, then click Authorize and run.
  6. Wait until the status is Applied and the page shows the Verified IPv4 exit.

Behavior:

  • The platform installs sing-box over SSH and configures a systemd service, a TUN device and IPv4 routes.
  • Private network access and replies to inbound connections keep their original routes, so SSH logins are unaffected. IPv6 bypasses the proxy.
  • If installation or a configuration change fails, the installer attempts to restore the previous configuration, but this is not guaranteed; if restoring fails, check the instance network through the cloud console.
  • Clicking Disable proxy removes the TUN device and routing rules and restores direct outbound access.
  • The proxy exit cannot be the same as the VPS's own public IP.

Without a VPS, enter the credentials in an antidetect browser, a scraping framework or any software that supports SOCKS5; see Getting Started with Proxies.

Term, renewal and expiry

  • Each term is 30 days.
  • Renewal keeps the same IP.
  • You can renew manually or enable auto-renewal. To renew manually, select the IPs in My static IPs, click Quote selected IPs, check the quote, then click Confirm and renew from balance.
  • IPs from the same purchase may renew together; selecting one selects all of them, and the quote is their combined total.
  • If the page says an IP is ineligible for renewal, contact support.
  • IPs not renewed by expiry are released and the same IP cannot be recovered. A reminder is sent before expiry, but not receiving it does not stop the release.

See Renewal, expiry & refunds for more.

Refunds

The portion confirmed as undeliverable, or a renewal that could not be applied, is refunded at the amount paid to your account balance with no handling fee. Portions already delivered or renewed are not refunded. If a delivered IP does not work, submit a ticket; after verification we may replace the IP or extend its term as appropriate. See the IP Proxy Service Agreement and Renewal, expiry & refunds.
