Renewal
When your VPS resources expire, your VPS resources will be forcibly shut down and enter an expired state, meaning you can no longer access the VPS resources. In this state, VPS data will still be retained, and you only need to renew to restore access.
If you do not complete renewal within the 7-day grace period, your VPS will enter a recycled state, and your data will also be unrecoverable.
The system will remind you to renew in time 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your VPS expires based on the VPS status in your account, to avoid impact on your business.
Auto-renewal
After enabling auto-renewal, automatic deduction will be attempted daily starting 3 days before resource expiration until deduction is successful.
Resource Expiration Recycling
When your VPS resources expire, to avoid entering a shutdown state that affects your business, please renew in time.
- 7 days before resource expiration: First expiration reminder will be sent;
- 3 days before resource expiration: Second expiration reminder will be sent;
- 1 day before resource expiration: Third expiration reminder will be sent;
- On the day of resource expiration: Your VPS resources will be forcibly shut down and enter an expired state, meaning you can no longer access the VPS resources. Access will be restored after renewal.
- 7 days after resource expiration: Your VPS resources will enter a recycled state, and your data will also be unrecoverable.
